Teach For India is a non-profit and a movement of leaders that was founded by Shaheen Mistri in 2009. It is a part of the Teach For All network. Their mission is to build a movement of leaders to eliminate educational inequity.

Profile: Intern, School Team, City Operations Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities: Work with the School team to ensure and enable regular instructional hours. Teaching/co-teaching with other Fellows. Manage classroom needs and support the school team for any other extra curricular or academic needs. Assist in classroom teaching and behavior management so that class can run smoothly. Assist in conducting Learning Circles in school. Commit to the safety of children. Abide by the expectation of the placement school. Respectful and responsive interaction with all stakeholders. Compliance to all our policies - Child Protection Policy, Code of Conduct. Help fellows organise/organise self - Parent Teacher Meetings.

Skills Required: Proficient communication (English). Basic planning skills. Critical thinking. Problem solving. Grit.
