Incentive Pay-outs : INR 2500/- For Successfully acquiring of 3 New Client Accounts
Incentive Pay-outs: INR 5000/- For Successfully acquiring of 5 New Client Accounts
After successfully acquiring 5 new accounts, each account incentive pay out will be1500/- INR beginning with the sixth account.

Profile: Business Development Intern
Roles and Responsibilities: Generate new B2B leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company. Understand customer needs and requirements. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
