Roles and Responsibilities: Provide curriculum-based supplementary online education to the underprivileged students of the initiative Badhein Sabke Kadam. Each Intern will be allocated a maximum of 5 students. Each intern would need to teach their respective students for a minimum of 5 hours every week. At the end of the month, educators would be required to conduct a PTA with the students' parents and share the student’s progress report. The holistic development of each student is at the core of Myra, the educators will be expected to facilitate it. Encourage the students to join the weekly activities which are planned by Team Myra.
Note: Each Educator is equipped with 2 weeks of training, given by the initiative partner 'Firki' - the Teacher Education Portal of Teach for India. Hence, the minimum internship period breaks up as 2+6 weeks.
