Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the company. Develop and execute different strategies to achieve the goals. Work with different departments to execute the projects. Create detailed documents/ reports to be shared with the different stakeholders. Communicate effectively with the team, vendors, and customers for the completion of projects. Assist HR Department with recruiting when necessary. Communicate with top management to develop strategic operations goals. Work on budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Write internal communications documents, including handouts and emails, to inform team members of important notices. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
Skills Required: Good communication and written skills. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs. Willingness to work in a startup culture. Ready to take initiative. Good at negotiating and convincing people.
