Roles and Responsibilities: Initial 15 days of training will be provided to the students to learn and develop their understanding and skills. Through-out the whole training program the students will be regularly monitored and evaluated by their respective manager via regular day to day activities and SWOT analysis. Complete allocated tasks with time limits extending for certain hours to days.

● Initial 15 days – Inductions Cum Training programme (Marketing,
Sales, HR, Finance)
● Next 3 weeks (21days) - Marketing & Sales Profile – Handling Client
Relationship Management and Revenue Generation.
● Next 3 weeks (21days) – HR/Finance Profile - Handling Recruitment
& Selection process, Perform On-boarding Activities and
understanding of Financial Statement Analysis.

Skills Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge in handling MS Office (Word, Power-point,
Excel, etc.) Should have a strong foundation of marketing & sales and/or HR/Finance. Able to work in flexible hours.Strong personality.
