Roles and Responsibilities: Ensuring a clear understanding of customer's requirements, validating the business process analysis of the customer before developing the final proposal. Engaging broadly with stakeholders & business team leaders to structure and prioritize business problems where insights can have the biggest impact. Conducting business requirements reviews and developing functional designs. Producing written specifications, e.g. Business Requirement Document and Business Case documents to capture & justify business requirements. Ensuring high quality, adherence to standards and best practices, high performance, and scalable, repeatable processes and deliverables. Developing strong narratives that are grounded in business realities and can connect the dots seamlessly. Possessing Quantitative Skills, Mathematical and Research skills, and knowing how to apply them in daily scenarios. Staying updated with recent technologies.Providing competitive intelligence by preparing deliverables around Scorecards, Competitive Newsflashes, Competitive Briefs, Summaries of Earning Calls, etc. Develops expertise in specialized research tools, databases and sources; may focus on specific data classes.
