Sharing the links of the published article on time in the group so that the graphic designers can make posters out of it. Maintain Planner and Excel Sheet on daily basis.

 

Profile: Social Media News Anchor /Video Creator

Roles and Responsibilities: News Anchors must read news and make Videos which are to be posted on the social media platforms of Asiana Times. The topics for the video making for creation will be given by the News Anchor Head or the person can refer any live articles posted the same day on the official website of Asiana Times. A News anchor should make 1/2 videos a day.

 

Profile: Video Editors & Story Maker

Roles and Responsibilities: Required to edit the videos of the News anchors on time. Using the paid Canva to edit the videos for the postings of the social media platforms. Should edit 1/2 videos every day.

 

Profile: Content Writer/Journalism Intern English/Hindi

Roles and Responsibilities: 5/6 days of Working. Writing 1 news on the working days of 600-700 words, or 2 news of 300 word each, topics will be provided a day prior via Supervisors or Planner with different niche or categories in either of the Language English/Hindi. Writers need to get their Topic Approved by 10:00 am Every day. 20+ hours will be given to the writers for writing the Topic. 2/2.5 hours of Work and Research. Supervisors are there to Edit, Approve and help in Research. Paid Grammarly along with other formatting tools will be provided all writers. All your writings will be automatically SEO friendly. You must find news from the Google Trends every day. Must write at least 20 Articles in the Internship Month. Contributing to Weekly Projects if any.

 

Profile: Content Supervisors

Roles and Responsibilities: Approving Topics of the Writers by 10:00 am so that they can start working. Approving the final Content of the Contents Writer everyday bye 6:30 pm. Checking the plagiarism in the Grammarly before approving any content to the Publishing Departments. Allotting/Alternating genres/category/niche every day to the respective Teams of the Content Writing Interns. Maintaining the Tracker and the Planner. Solving/Managing/Helping the Content Writing Interns with all their queries and Research Work if required. Formatting the articles off the Interns according to the instruction given by the Superiors using Grammarly and other tools. Searching and alerting article or blog topic once in a week to the interns. Keeping a record and an eye on every content writing intern’s submission and nominating 5 best internes all the week.  Maintaining an Excel sheet of the holidays taken by the Interns or any pending work which is to be compensated by the interns during their off days. Contribution to the weekly projects.

Roles and Responsibilities: Making Posters on the article’s life on the website daily. Designing different Posters for various Job Vacancies. Making Certificates, LORs of the Interns with existing Templates etc according to the official Requirements. Working on other Graphical Projects.

Roles and Responsibilities: Posting Content on any one of the Social Media Platforms to boast the Account. Platform Strategic Management to Increase Reach of any one of the Platform. Adopting new innovations for the development of any of this Platform.
