Roles and Responsibilities: Generate funds for the organization to support the needy, collaborate with brands & individuals for gathering funds or brand awareness, branding, lead generation, client relationship management, etc.
Profile Title: HR
Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct recruitment, take interviews, handle teams and managing departments.
Profile Title: Fundraising
Roles and Responsibilities: Raise funds for the organization, for better functioning and upliftment of women and underprivileged children.
Profile Title: Online Event Management
Roles and Responsibilities: Generate ideas for online events, gather masses, conducts events for awareness about Aashman and various social agendas about the NGO itself. Collaborate with brands & individuals to make the events happen, handle teams etc.
Profile Title: Social Work
Roles and Responsibilities: Work on social causes and will not be involved in professional work like HR. Work on Key responsibility areas such as Hands Of Humanity, Let’s be ready for Red, The Book Train, Soap Bank Campaign, Mission Unnati, Nutritious Diet camp.

Profile Title: Graphic Designing
Roles and Responsibilities: Whatever entries come to you for stop graphic motion you need to ask them to send you their sample work. Nobody will onboard without the consent of ours. You will send the sample to your group supervisor. And they will send us. Please don't send us directly. Only group supervisors will reach out in this case. Know how to make stop motion graphics. A sample would be required to be submitted.
